    I Can't Access Privacy & Online Settings


    I got Xbox Game Pass from Discord Nitro. I activated it on my account. I downloaded some games and tried to play online with my friends. But it didn't work. I checked my settings and my online features was disabled. I tried to open it through this link:
    "https://support.xbox.com/en-GB/help/family-online-safety/online-safety/manage-app-privacy-settings-xbox-one" but I am stuck in this website. When I click Privacy & online settings button, it resets the website. I can't access my settings. Please help me..

    Hi yes i managed to solved the problem by signing out of the family and back in and out and somehow it ended up working.

    Hi!

    The best option is to double-check your account's Date of Birth by visiting https://account.microsoft.com/profile. Calculate the DOB to the present time and if it makes your account younger than 18, the account is a Child. Otherwise, it's an Adult.

    Only an Adult account has the ability to customize a profile's privacy and online safety settings.
