I cant access my Xbox Settings

Maybe you have to set up your account as a child and that's why you're redirecting.

Is this a child account Thats the only way I could see this showing up? Have you tried to promote child to adult account?https://support.xbox.com/en-US/browse/my-account/manage-account/Child accounts

do you have a child account? if so the parent account is the only one who can access settings.
