I don't have access to the Parental Account so I can't get rid of it. I can't even go into My Account at xbox.com because I need to agree to the terms and conditions, which I can't because I don't have access to the Parent Account. I have an ongoing XBox
live Gold Membership tied to this account which I would like stopped and I can't actually do that.

When I try to access My Account at xbox.com it says I've found a glitch and brings up an error page.

will remain on that gamertag. There is no possible way to transfer anything at all from one account to another. If you create another account, you will NOT be overriding the old account. You will have 2 separate (independent) accounts. Any DLC, Arcade
games, etc bought on account A will be accessible by any other account on the same console.

You can not play online multiplayer because you have a silver account. You need to
have a gold account for that. If your problem that you simply can not sign into your Xbox online, because of the lack of email address. The email address and password is exactly the same as the one you used to sign into these forums.
