    I can’t access my Xbox gift card


    I was going to purchase something using my gift card but when I went to try to buy it, I couldn’t find my gift card. I looked everywhere to see if it was active. I think this is the second time this happened to me. The first time I just got the e gift card out of something I can’t remember. And now, I’m trying to access the card I redeemed with Microsoft rewards points not too long ago, and now it’s gone. All my rewards points just went to waste. Did I wait too long to use them? Am I actually able to use these gift cards for anything besides games.

    I understand that you want to use the gift card you redeemed from your Rewards points however it isn't showing up.

    I apologize for the inconvenienced this has caused you. I will do my best to help you.

    Once a gift card is redeemed to an account, or from Rewards it should show up to your payment instrument.

    To check on it, please go to: https://account.microsoft.com>; Payment Options.

    From there you'll see your payment instrument as well as the gift cards.

    Kindly give an update if you see the funds from your payment options.
