    I can’t access my Xbox account settings


    I am a ps4 player and i have recently been trying to play in a realm a friend of mine bought. However, when i try to accept the invite, it tells me that i cannot join a realm bc of “the way my microsoft account is set up.” I have no idea what that means
    as it is too general. So i try to go to the help page and all it says is how to fix this problem on xbox. So i tried to fix it myself. I thought that it was probably some kind of privacy and online setting. So i got on my microsoft account and clicked “go
    to my xbox account.” Then it immediately redirects me to the xbox support page titled something like family and online privacy. And on that page is a button that says privacy and online settings. Well, when i click that button, it reloads the page i am on
    as if i am already on the privacy settings page. I do not know what to do. All i need to do is access my settings.

    I have Minecraft on my iPad. When I go to the servers section it tells me I have to enter my Xbox account. So I put it in, then it tells me I can’t access it cause I have to change my privacy and online safety settings. Only problem is i can’t find it.

    Microsoft Family - I Can't leave my own family

    I’m having the same issue where I can’t leave. I can’t change my Xbox settings or even access the page on search browsers because it says I’m in a family group yet I didn’t join one and no-one is added to mine. My age on my account is correctly 21, but it still forces the family group restrictions with no way to stop them. I can’t even look at my Xbox profile anymore!

    Now have only MS Account for Xbox, can I transfer the purchases from the other Xbox accounts to this account?

    To my knowledge you can’t transfer purchases between accounts, although if you can still access your other accounts i’d have they signed into your xbox and set them as you “home xbox” in the personalisation tab of settings.

    That way you can access games or other downloadable content without having to use them or be signed into them should i say.
