I can't access my profile settings on my xbox account.

I have been trying to play multiplayer on Minecraft but it keep on saying that I can't because of the way my Microsoft account is set up. I tried to change my privacy and security settings on the website but every time I try to go there it redirects me to
the same article on how to change the security settings.

(I'm definitely signed in, the button at the top isn't even a button)

All of the links under My Xbox lead to the same article:

This is the article. On the article there's the link for the account page (or so you think) but it leads back to that same article.

Everything I try leads me back to this article.

This link on the Microsoft website also leads me back to that article. All I want to do is change my privacy and online safety settings so I can play multiplayer, but nothing's working.

Is your account a child account and you're trying to acces the privacy settings from there?

Tried hard reset and restarting console just incase, no joy. Can't access profile, store, xbox live, account settings on console.

What happens to game saves if I delete my profile?

If you log into account.xbox.com and then choose Privacy and Online settings in the left sidebar, what happens?
