I cant access my privacy settings on my Xbox Account

nope I cant access the privacy setting online safety on the xbox. on the web, i dont see the child or adult for privacy. why is my account online status unknown on the xbox?

ALso cant access profile, account, or privacy in my settings on the 360.

After a big update (November 13) I cant even get access to my privacy settings on Xbox One. It permanently writes: "There is a problem with the servise. Please try again".

My console is a Home console, there is only my adault account, no family or children accounts.

My privacy settings is custom, not default.

I can get access to them throught the web site. But when I try to change settings the site doesnt want to save them.

Also I have Xbox 360 and it seems fine with privacy settins on it - I can get access to them, change and save them normaly.

Just another word: I can normaly purschase games via my credit card, play it an so on. I cant only get access to privacy options on my Xbox One.

If you’re not in a family group please make sure that your birthdate is correct by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/profile.

After that try accessing your settings again via https://account.xbox.com/settings.

i have a similar issue but with the migration to Microsoft accounts, every thing works fine but i cant play multi player. aparently its linked to my privacy settings but i cant access them to change them

how do access my privacy settings?
