I can't access my email account

I have been trying to get into my hotmail account for about 5 days but it won't let me. I have emails saved that are very important and I need to get access to them, I have given security questions old passwords and tried everything but still can't access my account. I have been intouch with Microsoft a few days ago and was told that I would get an email from them to get back into my account but nothing back yet. My son can't even play his xbox because of this issue. If I don't get into my account I could end up losing my job. Like I said I have done everything and I need this sorted today before I loss my jobs. as i said before i can't access my account because they swap my email for a email i don't even know and then they removed my email making password out of the questions.

so there is no way I can't access my migrated minecraft account (I don't remember the email that was created when the account was migrated, only the original email used for the creation of the minecraft account)?

If you preordered the game digitally, you won't receive a code. You will automatically have access to the beta once it is released.

If you preordered it as a physical disc, you would need to contact the retailer you purchased it from for assistance with the code.

If you faked the email account, it's something that can't be fixed.

An account requires a valid email, and if you can't access that email, you can't fix any problem.
