I can't access my cloud gaming on my Xbox series x because it keeps saying it doesn't...

Sorry to hear about that, however, you can follow these steps:

-Press the Xbox button in front of the console until it shuts down.

-Unplug the power cables from the back of the console and on the wall socket.

-Restart router/modem

-Wait for 5 minutes

-Plug in again and turn on the console

Then try it again.

Kindly also note that cloud access would depend on your internet source, so it's best to ensure you're not connected to a VPN. You can also try it on your mobile device to see if it will do the same.

On my previous reply, never said it was the developer fault, what I said is you could try contacting them to recover the loss progress, and I specified items, because only the game developers can give in game items, Xbox doesn't have access to this

Xbox series X has cloud saves and local saves, unless the game is not designed to save locally then it will only work on the cloud

unfortunately that doesn't help either. I have borrowed my friend Xbox One Series X controller and same thing happened. The game Redfall does detects the controller but keep changing it to keyboard and mouse and can't use the controller it's just bad game port and again I have tried the game on Cloud Gaming the game detects the controller and functions right but when downloading the game it doesn't.

Here in the Netherlands also error 80151912 on my Xbox360 console.
Xbox360 games on my Xbox Series X have trouble to access the 'Cloud saved games'.

I have the Xbox series x and my friends have the Xbox one I’m trying to play with them but I can’t find the Xbox one edition it just gives me the Xbox series x edition I don’t know what to do

If your Xbox One friends have game pass and they use cloud play to play the game instead the downloaded version you can play with them.

edit: i forgot to mention, if the xbox one friends have the game installed…they will have to delete it to access the cloud play version…..

this workaround 100% works though, because i’ve done it…so i know it works.

But does this delete your game progress and you have to start over or is it saved? I have Xbox One S and my sister has Series X and we can't play but we just saw this option for cloud based but i'm already a level 20 and i don't want to lose my progress.
