I can't access my account settings nor add my accounts on xbox.

I am currently logged into my Microsoft account but when I try to go to account settings it asks me for my login information, this is no problem I just used it to login already so I enter my credentials and is kicks me right back to the SAME login page! Now there is a button to use the previously added account so I click on it I enter my password again and hey back to the SAME login page again. I have tried this on 3 separate fresh browsers and this behavior holds true for all of them.
On one of my accounts on xbox there was a pop up it said my account needs fixing from web so I went there and thats when all the trouble started happening and now I cant even access my main xbox account settings. its like refreshing 6 times on its own and gets me rate limited. I've tried everything.

I'm sorry to hear about this issue. When attempting to sign in on the website, could you check if you can successfully sign in here: https://account.microsoft.com/?

If you're able to sign in, please double-check the date of birth on your account to ensure it's set to reflect an adult age. If it's not an adult, try changing it then sign back in here https://www.xbox.com/en-US/user/settings/privac... to change your privacy settings.

On your Xbox, try restoring the console to factory defaults while keeping your games and apps. Once the reset is complete, try signing in again to see if the issue is resolved.

If you log into account.xbox.com and then choose Privacy and Online settings in the left sidebar, what happens?
