    Hello. I have a problem, when i click on Contact us it opens new page where says:

    Access Denied
    You don't have permission to access "http://support.microsoft.com/contactus" on this server.

    Reference # ....

    Can someone help me?

    If you can't access the billing options via the website or console, you'll need to contact phone support to speak to billing directly.

    The Billing folks can... but we can't because we don't have access to folks' accounts.
    support.xbox.com/contact-us shows the number to call or you can use the tip below for direct access.
