I can't access anything on my xbox live account after changing my email...

I changed my primary email on my microsoft account by making my gmail the primary email, then removed the email i created for microsoft all together. And now, whenever I try and play a game or use any of my apps it says I cant access it because of how
my microsoft account is set up. I've been trying to fix this issue for 2 days and I've gotten nowhere with it . Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do or know how to solve this problem?

Hello Melissa,

Thanks for coming to the forums with the issue you are having. If the email you removed was a Microsoft email such as Hotmail, outlook, live or MSN. You will no longer have access to any Microsoft products that uses email to sign in with as it deletes the
email completely. You can try and request a call from support to see if they can assist you. As no one here have the tools for accounts.

When you go to Contact Us to get it to request a chat follow these steps:

Step 1 ----select Xbox One
Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
Step 3-----select show contact options

Step 4 ----select request call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

Was the email address a Microsoft one (@hotmail.com, @live.com, @outlook.com) if it was, chances are you may well have deleted the whole account. Can you log in at https://account.microsoft.com

I can't access the account page on my xbox because I am not connected to xbox live. I do not know the password to my old email account. I don't know how I am going to change my gamertag to the account I want without being able to access the account page.

That is the problem even on my laptop I can't access "My Account". Works on my xbox but I can't change anything, and as of today the auto renewal is turned off - which is good - but it hasn't changed anything. My gold account is up in April and I have
been trying to add a 3 month subscription, but the code isn't working. The problem is with my xbox.com access, not my actual xbox access, if that makes sense.
