I can’t access add on

To fix this, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

​​​

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

If that didn't work resetting the console keeping games and apps will be the next option. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps.

To update on Xbox subscription payment on Console, you may please follow this steps;

1. Press Xbox button > to open the guide, then select Profile & System >Settings> Account>Subscriptions. (Services & subscriptions)
   
2. Select the suspended subscription
   
3. Under Payment and Billing, select Pay now.
   
4. Choose how you want to pay and follow the instructions.
   

To update Xbox subscription payment info on PC:

1. Sig in to the Services & Subscription page with your Microsoft account. . (Services & subscriptions)
   
2. Locate the suspended subscription on the list.
   
3. Select the blue question mark under Status, and then select the Pay now link and follow the instructions.

Thank you, I restarted my router and it made no difference. I still can’t add my account back or log into another account ok the Xbox, it just comes up with a blank screen and freezes. I also switched to another network and that also made no difference. I can still use the Xbox without signing in, for example I can use Netflix fine - I just can’t access any games because I can’t sign into any accounts. Do you have any other solutions?
