    I bought 2 items on the Xbox rewards store. It emailed me details about the rewards. However, I am unable to access this email anymore. Can someone please help me urgent.

    No email from Microsoft today.

    I got my email. I'm also a 9 year subscriber but I bought the X1 at launch. Maybe you'll get an email on your 1 year anniversary with the console?
    Who cares though? the prize is a "special" background wallpaper. The good prizes were all given out on a raffle type basis

    The Xbox Rewards program does not have a specific store. Are you referring to the Microsoft Rewards program? If so, you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page.

    There is no Xbox Live Rewards program "store". You may have us confused with some other promotional program. Unfortunately, since your issue is not being caused by a Xbox Live Rewards offer, we cannot diagnose your issue.

    When I got the original email, it was a scam. Email was wrong, no confirmation number, phone number to call, or anything. I called them and at fist they said it was a scam email and it was indeed. Support said if I sent them a picture of the image and stuff
    I caught, then I'd get the prize because I was scammed out of some weird error. So the support lady said that the image was legit and that'd I'd get the prize, hence the first email she sent me as you can see. So I replied and then she told me to contact the
    MS Store to get the prize and they didn't know anything about it.

    so i was sent here by Xbox support because i bought a game on one of my systems and the game is not showing that i own it. The gam was bought the same day of the update. According to XBOX support i do not have the license for the game but they can see that
