I have created a server on my xbox with my friends. the serever is running from my xbox and works fine with for my friends after the latest update released to xbox. but on windows ten I am unable to join I have tried updating the game in the windows store
but it says that there is no updates available for the game. my pc is also all up to date with all the latest updates. mabey the windows ten ark releases updates later and If so when can I expect this update. if it should be working fine does anyone know of
any fixes the error message I get when I try to join the server on ark is (client buildld does not match the hosts buildld.)

Change Ark language with windows store edition (crossplay)

Hello

I bought the windows store version of the game Ark on PC (windows 10) to play with a friend who owns an Xbox and there is no option to put the game in French, while the Xbox crossplay version my friend is entirely in French, moreover I have the Steam version
which is in French also .

As this is a play anywhere title, how can I play it on my Windows 10 PC?

My pc is updated with the latest version of Windows 10.

Hey Coolad thanks for bringing this issue to us!

If its an official server then they should update it shortly after the update is released. however if its an unofficial server its up to the servers owner or the server admins to update there server at their discretion. So we suggest giving
it a little bit of time to make sure the update does go through to the device in question!

If the issue persists we suggest
Requesting a Callback from one of our Support Specialists to see what other options are available to get this squared away!

Hello Cool,

The updates can vary from times each platform gets. They try to release all at the same time but it doesn't always work out that way.

Yes cross play is enabled on xbox/PC(window store version only not steam version)

The Windows store version is crossplay with the Xbox version because of version matching. The Steam version tends to be a different iteration
of the code.
