    I cannot use voice chat in COD Warzone 2.0 even though I have a microphone on Xbox Series X


    I got a new headphone which is wired. when I connected it to my controller, everything was working fine and the microphone was giving feedback. but when I tried to play a game, the microphone did not work even though I had all privacy settings public and i opened my voice chat. how do I fix this?

    It did not work. Maybe doing a custom MAC address will do the trick?

    I see, does the same issue happen in party chat?

    Try clearing your alternate MAC address:

    Go to Settings > Network > Network settings. Select "Advanced settings." Select "Alternate MAC address" and choose "Clear."

    Does this issue happen in any other games?

    Have you checked COD's in-game audio settings to ensure voice chat is enabled and set up correctly?

    The same issue has happened in other games even though i changed all of the privacy and in-game settings.
