    I cannot use paypal to complete my purchase on microsoft or xbox store it shows contact support we will get u sorted out. I live in india but since microsoft does not have paypal here i have selected united states as my region.

    my Paypal is working btw just not on microsoft store. P.S. Mircosft also does not accept my card too. so i have to use paypal.I tried contacting support but virtual agent keeps redirecting me to support page.

    You can not use PayPal account created in a non US country to make purchases on Xbox US region. You'll have to create a new PayPal account with US billing address and with currency set as USD. You'll need to transfer money to that PayPal account by some
    means as if you add any non US credit/debit card, payment on Xbox will again fail.

    Although I do not recommend purchasing from a different region other than the region you're located, your other option would be to
    purchase digital Xbox gift cards.

    If support do not help you, try to contact online via phone call. It may help. When I had problems with my PayPal, they have told me step by step what to try and what to do.

    The Service Alert is saying that you cannot add or use PayPal on Xbox.com however you can add or use PayPal on your Xbox 360 console.
