    I cannot upgrade to Premium tired it on multiple Windows 10 computers. Reloaded software.


    I have tried this on 2 computers. When I try to upgrade to premium I get an errors to remove Solitaire collection and reinstall from store. I have done it multiple times and still get the errors. I went to my Surface Book and got the same thing. My Windows
    10 software is up to date on both systems. I believe the trouble is with my profile. Can you please assist?

    Yes,same thing with me.I cant figure out this issue.I have tried many ways,but no one work as a result.I tried reloaded the software,even reloaded the windows 10.whenever I signed in it,it will exit quickly after a few minute.So I think it must be some wrong
    with the software.

    Solitaire Collection will not load after April 2018 Windows Update

    My Windows 10 upgrade happened last week: about Oct 8, 2018. Caused my entire computer system to CRASH. Had only a blank screen. Dell got my computer going again. Several questions please:

    1. HOW DO I STOP UPGRADES FROM WINDOWS 10. Each upgrade has done great damage to my computers. PLEASE HELP ME TO STOP THEM!

    2. My system is now working "better"... AM A PREMIUM MEMBER OF THE MICROSOFT SOLITAIRE COLLECTION. In fact since I got my system back, I think I have paid about 3 times just to get the games to play. TODAY,,, I am now getting the error message 121003...
    like those listed below:

    I AM DEFINITELY CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET!!! I updated my password so I could sign up with the game...hoping once they recognized "me", they'd recognized my internet system.

    I had no problems before Windows 10 upgrade (Oct 2018) ruined just about everything on my computer. HATE WINDOWS 10. Pam from WI.

    There is no bypass. You need to upgrade to Windows 10 or 11

    This is a fact of computing life. Eventually your components and software are essentially a decade old and no longer supported.

    Windows 8 contains all the telemetry features you fear

    Does an error message or error code appear when the issue occurs?

    NO ERROR MESSAGE I GET A BLANK SPLASH SCREEN WITH THE SPINNING DOTS LIKE IT'S GOING TO LOAD BUT THEN THE DOTS QUIT SPINNING AND NOTHING HAPPENS FROM THERE.

    Does this issue occur with only one game or multiple games?

    NO I ALSO PLAY MICROSOFT MAHJONG AND IT'S WORKING FINE.

    I CHECKED THRU SETTINGS AND IT'S UP TO DATE.

    I unloaded the game and tried to reload it from my library and from the store but now it says "this app is not compatible with this device"?

    No, I have used it multiple times before and since I restarted my PC and got a few upgrades it stopped working.

    I have tried with multiple games and it doesn't work.

    I have tried a few thing such as checking my settings and downloading a microsoft software that was said to help with this issue.
