I cannot sign my daughters gamertag to xboxone . How do I do this?

My child has a gamertag on xbox 360 with a monthly gold membership. we cannot figure out how to sign her on to xbox one, as it wants to create a new account, and we already have an account. What do we need to do? I have gone to the family microsoft account,
found that she is connected to my email for billing, so why can't we transport her gamertag to XB1! We need help. she wants to play badyl.

I changed my gamertag, but now I cannot sign in to Jigsaw. How do I change my sign-in information on Jigsaw so I can sign in?

new xbox old account

recently we were hit by lightning. purchased a new xbox . the old one is fried. when i try to recover my old account the only one that pops up is my daughters accouynt. how do i access my old account. i cant even sign in online . when i do sign in my daughters
account pops up . but not mine?? i do need do the xbox live gold for the year again and do have it but i cant figure out how to find my gamer tag to renew xbox live. my subscription ran out 2 days after we got hiy by lightning.

Try this

Go to settings and select Account. Scroll right to Your Information and select Account Security. Select Change Microsoft account, and then select Yes. Enter the password for the Microsoft account that's currently associated with your gamertag, and then select
Sign in.

Similar to this issue, when I signed up for the gold subscription xbox was logged into my daughter's avatar. How do I change the avatar associated with my xbox gold account. Right now when I log in, it shows that I am my daughter, how do I change it so
it shows as me? I don't want sign in as my daughter all the time and I don't want to take over her avatar since she has history saved under her avatar.

Try signing out of that account before attempting to move the gamertag. It is supposed to offer to sign you out, but my daughters console would do the same thing. Another suggestion is try to delete the gamertag and recover it back to the storage device.
Perhaps the account is corrupt.

You can remove her from your family group or she can now remove herself since she is already an adult.

Once done, you can re-add her as an organizer. You can both be the organizer.
