    I was trying to request a refund on the Xbox support website. It asked me to sign in, when pressing the sign in button, it just reloads the page. I try and chat with Xbox support, and the same issue occurs.

    Yes, I have tried it on Chrome and Edge and I have cleared the cache. I've also tried it on different computers. I've had this problem for a while and it still doesn't work.
