I cannot sign in to my Xbox Series X account on console

Before we proceed with troubleshooting steps, I'd like to ask a few questions to better understand the problem you're facing.
- May I ask if are you getting an error message?
- Are you able to sign in another Xbox profile?

Firstly, please ensure that your console is connected to the internet and that your internet connection is stable. If you're unsure about your internet connection, you can try resetting your router or modem.

If your console via WiFI network, please try to connect it via wired so that your console will have a secured network connection.



Next, please try the following steps to sign in to your Xbox Series X account on console:



1. Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.

2. Select "Sign in" from the guide.

3. Enter your Microsoft account email address and password.

4. If you have two-factor authentication enabled, you'll need to enter the code that was sent to your phone or email.

5. If you're still unable to sign in, try resetting your password by visiting account.microsoft.com and selecting "Forgot my password."

I turned off My xbox without signing out and I can't get on

Do you have another Xbox console set as your home console in your account?

Please, try these steps:

1. Sign out of your account on your Xbox Series X.

2. Go to the Microsoft account website and sign in with your account credentials.

3. Under the "Devices" tab, locate your Xbox Series X and click on "Manage".

4. Click on "Remove console" to remove your Xbox Series X from the list of devices associated with your account.

5. On your Xbox Series X, sign into your account again and try setting it as the home Xbox.

Here's what you can do in order to share your Xbox Game Pass on both Xbox Series X and old Xbox One console.

Sign in to your account where you have an active Xbox Game Pass on Xbox Series X console > press the Xbox menu button > go to Settings > Personalization > My home Xbox > Select Make this as my home Xbox.

That way, you will be enabling the game and subscription sharing from your account and all of the accounts that will be using the Xbox Series X console will have the benefits of your Xbox Game Pass subscription.

Sign out of the console then sign in on your old Xbox One console. In this way, you will be using the old Xbox Console where you can frequently use your account. As long as your account is signed in on your old Xbox One console, you will still have access to your Xbox Game Pass benefits while your kids can play your game pass on Xbox Series X console.
