I cannot select a shipping address in the "Device Service & Repair" pop-up when requesting...

i have the same issue, just keeps asking to add address but you can never move on. Continuous loop. All the contact us options have been removed.

Microsoft your suppose to be leaders in software development your support page is a joke! you should be ashamed of yourselves.

I'm starting to think its been to designed this way to frustrate customers and stop warranty claims.

I've got the exact same issue except it's for my Xbox Series X. Cannot progress past the shipping address section, "next" button does nothing! I've tried different browsers and still the same result. Unable to request repairs for Xbox under warranty!

I've got the same issue. I want to report issues with my Xbox controller, I got to the step when I needed to select my address but could not progress further. I even added a new address to no avail. Something is broken
