I cannot return an Xbox One Series S

Discus and support I cannot return an Xbox One Series S in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; I accidetnally purchased an Xbox One Series S rather than the new Xbox Series S.     I cannot return an Xbox One Series S


    I accidetnally purchased an Xbox One Series S rather than the new Xbox Series S. I wouls like to return it but I don’t have the “request a return” option and I can’t figure out why.

    I actually clicked “cancel order” within 30 minutes of making the purchase, but they completed the order anyway.

    All I want is to return it so I can purchase the correct one when they are available.

    Warranty repair returned wrong

    I had the same problem but I sent a series s controller and I got a one s controller in return, and the series s controller I sent came with my Xbox, brand new

    Can both the XBox One X and Xbox One S play games for both the Series X and/or Series S?

    Xbox One games can be played on the Series S/X, but Series S/X games cannot be played on the One.

    You cannot use Xbox 360 accessories on Xbox One/Series consoles, even if it was to return.

    unlike movies, games do not come with digital copies. The series S has no disc drive, therefore cannot use a disk

    you would have to return the game and put the money toward a purchase of digital code for the series S
