I cannot reinstall Microsoft Solitaire Collection from Store.

Windows 10 on Acer Aspire V7-582PG.

My problem is that I somehow or other deleted Microsoft Solitaire Collection and now I'm not able to reinstall it agian from windows store. It says that there is some server problem. Is there any solution, how to reinstall Microsoft Solitaire Collection?
Probably, download install file somewhere?

4. Run SFC and DISM
5. Update Windows
6. Reinstall the game

In looking further into whether all drivers were up to date I found that when I updated to Windows 8.1 the Nvidia Video Driver rolled back to June 2012 I update to the current Driver dated 6/21/2013. the Microsoft Solitaire Collection now loades and runs.
I also uninstalled and reinstalled the latest Microsoft Solitaire collection from the Store.

Similar Problem on my Windows 8.1 Machine. For a few days Microsoft Solitaire Collection only stops recording stats for FreeCell and Pyramid on the Xbox Network.

Reinstallation as described in the Microsoft Solitaire Collection FAQ has changed nothing.
