I cannot redeem my 12month code on the Xbox One or Xbox.com

I currently have gold that expires in June. I'm trying to redeem the code for a 12 month gold membership but it keeps giving me an error. It recognizes that the code is for 12 months of Live, but when I press redeem it says a problem occurred. This has happened
for two days know. Here is the error code:

My Xbox Gold membership ended early and I buy a prepaid card and it says an error occurs

I too cannot redeem my prepaid 12month gold xbox live membership card on my Xbox one, It says something went wrong after it already confirms that it's a valid card and what it is redeemable for,

I do not have any fraud or suspicious behavior and I can't redeem my code, This isn't my problem either, It's MS problem like above me said, Fix it!

 

Error Code 8C320008 Issue

I'm trying to redeem a prepaid code for 12month xbox gold subscription and every time I try to enter it I get this error code 8C320008 and unable to redeem it. I followed the suggestion on xbox.com but still having the same issue. I updated my billing contact
information which I did notice was still my old address. Need assistance in resolving this problem.

 

Sounds like there's an issue with your payment option that is preventing you from adding the card.

You'll either need to wait until your current membership expires or check your billing info at commerce.microsoft.com to ensure everything is correct and a card or paypal is added.

 

i have Xbox credits to go on for the xbox 360. Get the same message as T B B Y DC

have also tried via console no JOY!! As YET...

 

Added a credit card, still showing the same error when I redeem the code. smh
