    I cannot redeem any codes


    Every time I try to redeem a code, it takes ages to load then says, something happened on our end and I have tried the last two days. With multiple restarts.

    (god i shouldn't be helping you...supporting that team!. arrrggghhh I cannot redeem any codes :) )

    I had the same problem, which was really confusing for me to start with, I couldn't do anything online because the xbox one wanted me to accept updated terms and conditions to start with, when it did this I got a error which stopped me connecting to live, and although I could browse the web I couldn't get on the live service

    to get round this I went to the xbox live account on my pc and accepted them there - it then worked instantly.

    however from previous threads it seems like your already on live.

    try to download the xbox app and then redeem the code within there because the store sometimes has bugs, i hope this helped.

    Is there any chance you accidentally redeemed the code on the wrong account? This would be the only reason why the code would redeem but you cannot find it on your account afterwards.

    you cannot get gold back.

    ANY type of trials (48 hour/2 week/1 month/etc) are not stackable. so you redeemed a code wed-so either u had it wed/thursday or thursday/friday PLUS the free gold weekend. then now you can redeem another code and have that one.

    once the code is redeemed, it's redeemed and cannot be used again.

    if you didn't use it/internet was out/etc it's still cannot be used again and a refund cannot be processed.
