I cannot redeem a gamepass reward

If you are referring to a reward from the Microsoft Rewards program, you should be aware that the email with the code may take up to 24 hours to arrive.

If the email hasn't arrived even after 24 hours and is not in your spam or junk folder, then in this situation, I recommend going to the order history of your Microsoft Rewards account using the following link and clicking on the "Resend" button to have the reward redemption code sent to you by email again:

If you still do not receive the email after doing this or if the redemption does not appear in your Microsoft Rewards order history, then it is necessary for you to contact Microsoft Rewards Support directly for assistance through the following link:

Go to your rewards page then goto redeem and the gamepass code should be there at 0 points.

You can use
Microsoft rewards points to redeem for Gamepass.

Hi what a lovely idea. How did the reward come? If it is in the mode of a code you could just screenshot it and send it too him. I havent redeemed a Microsoft reward for gamepass myself.

hi there so providing you are using the same account for your rewards there should be no issue , you can redeem rewards either via the web page or app or direct on your console, as there is also a rewards app for xbox that rewards you for doing various challenges,playing games, purchasing content, there are additional rewards for gamepass subscribers aswel .

you redeem your points for a giftcard which usually gets added direct to your account .
