    I've tried removing it to re add but it wont let me do that. when i try to sync it flickers connected and not. I've updated drivers and tried to remove from device manager went onto support and he did he thing and still cant figure it out

    Please try to connect the controller using a USB cable and see if that will work.

    If you are connecting it to a Bluetooth connection, kindly try connecting the controller to your phone and see if that will work.

    Sorry to hear it. If you cannot format the drive now then simply reconnect it to the your pc and format it there then reconnect it to the Xbox One to get it set up properly.

    Xbox One can't connect to router while all other electronics can

    Oh! and when I connect to the network and put the password in it tells me to check my network and/or password and reconnect.

    Trust me they are all correct. I am using them and even disconnected and reconnected on other devices (such as my phone and PC) using the same exact network and password that the xbox is rejecting.
