    I recently attempted to buy a Xbox Series X off of the Microsoft Store and managed to add it to my cart. I couldn’t checkout before it went out of stock though, so I had a Xbox Series X in my cart but I couldn’t buy it.

    I then closed the page, thinking nothing of it.

    When another restock came, I tried to buy it again but it popped up with an Error Message under the Checkout button (screenshot below) stating that I’d already brought one in the past although I hadn’t.

    I was wondering if I could reset this console limit for this account so I could buy the console.

    Take it out of your cart and try again whenever it drops next. Do not save it in your cart

    I'm experiencing this same issue. I did a chat today and also called support. Neither were able to resolve the issue. You'd think there'd be a box they could uncheck or something to say you haven't actually successfully ordered an xbox. They asked me to sign-out/sign-in, clear cache (even though this was happening on multiple devices), and also try removing the item from my cart. None of this worked. In fact, my cart reads that it's empty and when I try to click on my cart the site gives an error saying the page cannot be found. Makes no sense. Support call person said, I have a series s available (nope) or I can call you back to help you with the order when back in stock - ha - by the time I answer they all will be gone. Unreal that microsoft can't resolve this. BTW - I even attempted creating a new account to buy one and had the same exact issue. Doesn't make sense.
