i cannot preorder fifa23 with 10%discount from fifa22 menu , error f22b008. anyone know how to fix it? i can choose between ultimate and standard when i press the right thumbstick but it will give me that error. thanks

First tell me, are you trying to purchase this on Xbox, right?

If yes, did you tried using a different wifi network to see if the issue persists?

I would like to clarify, can you please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and make sure that the status is "completed"? Once confirmed, perform a powercycle on your console by following the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

Once confirmed, follow the steps below:

Go to My games and apps > Full Library > Owned games to install the game.

the errors only happen using the in-game menu.

The main issue is that, for a proper discount on some DLC, the user is advised to download only via de ingame menu and not outside of the game.

Example : the Porsche Pack DLC can be purchased at a discount for a Season Pass or VIP user, but you have to use the ingame menu for that discount.
