    I would like to clarify, can you please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and make sure that the status is "completed"? Once confirmed, perform a powercycle on your console by following the steps below:

    POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

    Once confirmed, follow the steps below:

    Go to My games and apps > Full Library > Owned games to install the game.

    The main issue is that, for a proper discount on some DLC, the user is advised to download only via de ingame menu and not outside of the game.

    Example : the Porsche Pack DLC can be purchased at a discount for a Season Pass or VIP user, but you have to use the ingame menu for that discount.
