I cannot play Perfect dark zero because it ask for subscription renewals I already have

Hi Crusader,

Sorry for the issue with your game. Would like you to launch a backward compatible game. Once it going, hit the start and back button together, this will pull up the 360 emulator. Then select download profile, this will ask you to enter your credentials
for your account. What this does is refreshes it on the 360 servers. After that then try the game.

to be sure its not coming from corrupt data.

Did you download the game from the xbox live gold subscription page or the EA access hub?

I never had a ea access subscription before I have no idea but I do know that I fully only game I went to the Xbox store and I went straight to the backwards compatibility I scrolled all the way down to perfect dark zero and I got it that way

I did both things at once and it did not work
