I cannot play Minecraft on my PS5 anymore.

I tried to login to Minecraft after not playing for a few months bc all of my friends in my group are starting a Realm together. I am completely unable to login on my PS5 and after completing the QR code process I am sent back in a perpetual circle doing that over and over.

My android phone tells me "congrats! You're connected" and so on, however Minecraft just keeps doing the QR code circle, never actually signing me into Minecraft.

I have 2 Microsoft account, one of which I no longer have access to the email associated with it. It seems almost like my emails are mixed up between the two accounts or something, I don't know. The Gmail address I can access, the icloud one I cannot. I don't even care if I have to delete and make a new account at this point bc I only have it to play Minecraft with my friends anyways.

I am becoming irate, as I have paid for Minecraft on 2 separate platform (android & PS5/PS4) and I'm now unable to play the game with my friends as is expected when I purchased the game, twice.

As you want a quick way to play your game, I suggest you make a new account just for you to play with your friends, avoid using the emails you already have linked with Minecraft and avoid using the same email from microsoft, create new emails.

I did the account on my email but like a example I can’t play Minecraft realms on ps5 whit my Microsoft account

Please click “submit”, once confirmed restart your device to re-sync and make sure all changes are saved.

If that's the case, that's ridiculous. I want to play minecraft multi-player on xbl, which I paid for both xbl and minecraft on my Xbox. But I can't play with my Playstation in the other room because they both are on my microsoft email. So I gotta put my son's microsoft email on the PS5 minecraft login and mine on the Xbox since xbl is exclusive to login email.... so lame.
