I cannot play For Honor, i downloaded it for free with gold but i cannot play it anymore...

This sounds like this is a Game with Gold [GwG] that you received, but it seems you might be using the Home Xbox feature and the subscription is not being recognized on the account you originally downloaded this game.

I would first verify that your subscription is being properly recognized under your account. This can be done by visiting the

If you are using an Xbox Live Gold trial membership you may not be able to access some games including some of the titles you may have downloaded through Games with Gold. Certain games may require you to have an active XBL Gold membership (minimum 1 month)
in order to play them and use features like Online multiplayer/co-op.

i have already tried this. I have already tried everything with someone on a chat on microsoft support including, deleting the game, removing my account, and other things.
