I cannot play cod ghosts anymore it always says “to play you need to buy it”

To troubleshoot this problem, please follow these steps:



- First, check your purchase history on your Microsoft account and see if the game is still listed there. If it is, then you should be able to reinstall it from there. If it is not, then you might need to contact Microsoft support and provide proof of purchase to restore the game to your account.

- Second, try clearing the cache on your Xbox by holding down the power button for 10 seconds until it shuts down completely. If you need someone to play COD 4/ghosts with send me an invite. I'll be buying both games. I play mostly cod myself...but most of my friends have moved on.

I'm getting the same problem with COD Ghosts... Day one update was fine. COD Ghosts installed 100% try to play but says needs update, but the says there is s problem with the update! Checked connections and that's fine with no errors??? But cause can't update
I can't play... Ridiculous!

Is there any way to get a few more update codes? I cant play in the same game as friends for cod ghost until this is fixed so i havent been playing much at all anymore and none of the people i play with received the preview codes this is the only solution
i can put together (cod ghost you need a party inv then you get the game inv after i can only join private match sessions and skype chat but will not work for clan wars tomorrow if im unable to play with my team!)
