    I have Game Pass for PC and recently downloaded Amnesia: The Bunker. When I tried launching the game, it gave me this error:

    "Amnesia: The Bunker is currently not available in your account. Make sure you are signed in to the Store and try again. Here’s the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001."

    I have tried to launch other games to see if it was just Amnesia that was the problem and found I can't launch any of them. I checked my subscription and it says I still have Ultimate until next month. I am signed in to both the Microsoft Store and the Xbox App on the same account.

    I have tried signing out and signing in on both Microsoft Store and the Xbox App, clearing my download cache, resetting Microsoft Store, resetting my computer, and clearing my temporary files.

    I'm sorry to hear that. Please go to Settings > Accounts > Email & Accounts. Is there a different account listed under "Account used by other apps?"

    I have done as you said and checked my region. It says that my region is the United States. I tried switching regions, then switching back to see if that worked and I still have the same issue.

    The error code you are getting is a regional issue. Please check if your device is set to a region where the game is supported. Please do the steps below.

    Select Start > Settings > Time & Language > Region.

    Under Country or region, select your new region. You can try setting this to United States and see if that works.

    You can switch back to your original region at any time.

    They are playing on PC as well and with Game Pass Ultimate. I have Game Pass Ultimate and the game downloaded but cannot play with them because I did not download through the Microsoft Store?
