I cannot play Anthem game definitely does not establish a server connection.

EA currently lists Anthem's servers as Online with no issues. Try restarting your Modem, Router, and/or Xbox by fully powering down and unplugging the unit(s) for 30 seconds then plugging them back in and powering back on.

I'm trying to get on it now and it says the connection to the server cannot establish... So is the beta run over

Hi there, sorry to hear about your issues connecting to the servers. I don't really have any advice that hasn't been stated before, but I just wanted to let you know that a lot of people have issues with Anthem.

I would honestly suggest trying as hard as possible to get a refund from wherever you bought the game. Anthem is fun for the first 10 hours or so but then you realise that everything is pretty much the same, so it just gets really tedious and repetitive.

Anthem may become a good game somewhere down the road much like No Man's Sky, but right now in the game's current state it isn't really worth trying too hard to get connected.

My point is that your money could probably be put to better use somewhere else, but if you're dead set on playing Anthem I would suggest giving it about a week then try to connect again. EA Servers are really wonky sometimes and in my experience they're
not always honest about things like the servers.

So a work around is use my phones internet or direct cable connect to modem establish connection to game then I can move back to the wireless router. The problem is after I standby on the xbox if i try to play again it does searching for datacenter all
over again. What setting on my router could possibly be preventing the game from finding the servers? How does the game run fine off my router if I first make the connection via other means?

I will definitely be giving Anthem a go this weekend. I'm very hopeful the game will live up to expectations!
