If you were able to obtain the game through game pass kindly check if it’s still active. Sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/services. Once confirmed sign out both on Microsoft Store app as well as Xbox App and then quit and re-launch the apps before launching the game Minecraft.

If you purchased the game sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and check if you can see the game order from there stated as “completed”

Step 1.
Press the Windows key + R key to open the Run window > type wsreset.exe > wait until the store opens automatically, and sign out of your account on both the Microsoft Store and the Xbox app.

Step 2.
Press the Windows key + I to open PC Settings > Apps & Features > Installed apps > locate the Minecraft launcher app and go to advanced settings > click on “repair” and “reset”.
Do the same for the Xbox app.

Step 3.
Restart your PC and sign in with your account on the Microsoft Store and the Xbox app. Then, open the Minecraft launcher, and verify if you can play the full Bedrock edition.

If that doesn't work, I recommend waiting up to 48 hours after the date of purchase because sometimes the servers take more than expected to credit the game licenses.
