I cannot open an xbox elite 2 controller repair order

Hi all.

My xbox elite 2 controller has a bumper issue, and I concluded that it needs to be sent in for repair.

I'm trying to get a repair order setup, but when i select my address and click next, nothing happens. No error message, nothing.

Is there an alternative way to start a repair order?

I think there could be an issue as I tried a test with my Xbox One S and it got stuck in the same place. Might be worth having a chat with Xbox Support to see if they can help get it into repair.

I was upset when mine developed an issue, before I raised the service order I've asked a question and this is the reply I've received:

If your controller cannot be repaired it will be replaced with a brand-new one

I tried to fill out repair order, but, as mentioned above, those are the only options i got.

Bumper IS a known issue, as you can see.

Btw., it doenst matter what caused 2 years warranty, it is in place and i'm in the right to use it.

My controller is the elite series 2 controller, so I cannot remove the battery.

As I mentioned in my original post, the controller will not connect to my PC or Xbox with the correct USB C cable, and it will not charge or connect with the multiple cables I tried to use.

Is there a way I can send this in to get repaired?

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

If I may ask, is this a standard Xbox controller? Because if yes, they do not offer repair or replacement for the controller, we can only create an order for Xbox Series 2 Elite Controller even if it's no longer in warranty.
