i cannot manage my xbox game pass pc subscription

I bought xbox pc game pass 2 days ago and i cannot manage my subscription on https://account.microsoft.com/services/pcgamepass/details#billing
page. I simply cannot access this page it gives an error like:
Sorry, a problem has occurred.
We won't be sure what happened, but refreshing the page or trying again soon might work.

I tried with a different WiFi and mobile hotspot and with a different pc and different browsers it didnt work.

i've already tried those things it didnt work i bought game pass 2 days ago and i need to turn off the auto-pay.

The next billing date is more than 20 days from now, please keep trying until the page is working properly, several users have reported having the same problem and hopefully they will not take too long to fix it.

We have found possible cause why downloading and installing games is possible when your purchase the game separately and not able to do it from Xbox Game Pass library even if your subscription is active.

One possible reason we have thought is about your subscription. Can you confirm if your subscription is Xbox Game Pass Subscription PC or Xbox Game Pass Subscription- Console? If your subscription is Xbox Game Pass for Console then this could be the reason why you cannot download any games in PC because the subscription is intended for Xbox Console only.
