I cannot login to my account which i dont have access to anymore

there is an account in my family which is the adult and i cannot access this account anymore because the gamertag has changed but i dont use this account at all.I cannot leave this family to be able to join another one.

I appreciate you looking forward to replying to my question but ufnortunately i cannot access my account thus i cannot login into any game.Let's take for example "minecraft", which i migrated from a mojang account to a microsoft one but now that i cannoy login into it because of the verification im unable to access it in any way.
it's asking me for my console ID when filling out the form but if i have no way of logging in to my account how am i supposed to get it?

UPDATE:I found out my old number but im being prompted with a code.If i dont have access to my old phone then how in the world do i login?

Last login on xbox was Wednesday, no bother, Thursday the issue happened.

Had verified my account with Microsoft and went via the reset password, which was successful, but whenever i try the login, after i input my email it shows the account is locked, and the verification (which had worked in the past) doesnt work anymore.

I dont have 2FA active but if i manage to sort this out will look to get it up and running.

My XBOX Game Pass ultimate etc are all tied to this account i cant access so hope I can get it sorted.

ok but i cant do that as the account it is linked to is not one i own or have any kind of access to it, i dont know why its there
and when i try to login into with my xbox account its askingto reset password and requires me to use the email of that account which i dont know or have

I dont have access to mmy microsoft account anymore, meaning if i am prompted to login i wont be able to but luckily I still have access to my xbox account. I have tried recovering my account before but I was never able to get it back, that is except for the first time. I was able to get it back the first time I used that link to recover, but somehow the hacker was still able to change my account details. It's probably because they have changed my account email id, which I did try to change but they said me to wait for 30 days until I could change it. Before I knew, he had already changed it before I couldve and my account was forever gone now.
