i cannot log onto game pass it says not connected to internet

Please restart Xbox Game Services by pressing Win + R, type services.msc, and press Enter. Find these Xbox-related services:

Xbox Live Auth Manager

Xbox Live Game Save

Xbox Live Networking Service

Right-click each and select Restart.

Once restarted, try logging into Game Pass again.

And then reset Microsoft Store & Xbox App. To do this, open Settings > Apps > Installed Apps. Search for Microsoft Store and Xbox App.

Click Advanced Options, then Reset for both.

Next is to check Proxy & VPN Settings and temporarily disable them. Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Proxy and ensure the proxy is turned off.

Then run Windows troubleshooters. Do this by opening Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters.

Please run the following:

Internet Connections Troubleshooter

Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter

Xbox Networking Troubleshooter

If the issue persist after performing the troubleshooting steps, kindly uninstall the Xbox app and reinstall it from the Microsoft Store.

it wont let me sign in and it says you are not connected to the internet but i know i am because my brothers works, and there is no problem logging onto my microsoft account

A requirement to play Game Pass games requires an internet connection to validate your subscription license, if you are not connected you cannot

Yes. I can log in there, but need to log onto to the xbox 360 to play games and access other apps. I cannot download the profile onto the xbox 360.

NOW I cant even log onto a game it says its my connection, BUT my connection is fine, an it seems all the US west servers are down AGAIN!!
