I cannot log into my Microsoft account

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble logging into your Microsoft account. Have you tried resetting your password? You can do this by going to the Microsoft account sign-in page and clicking on the "Forgot my password" link.

If you have forgotten your Microsoft account password, you can reset it by following these steps:

1. Go to the Microsoft account sign-in page and select Forgot password?
   
2. Enter the email address or phone number associated with your Microsoft account and select Next.
   
3. Choose how you want to receive a security code and select Next.
   
4. Enter the security code you received and select Next.
   
5. Enter your new password and select Next.

I am connected to my e***** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** account in the store and I want to log in to this account in the xbox desktop application, but I cannot access the login page, grey screen stays.

While I can log in to my microsoft account I want through the microsoft store, I cannot log in to any account in any of the xbox applications.

I cannot log into my microsoft account on my ps4 and cant play with my friend who is on Xbox One

Hi my son signed up with my old yahoo email there is no microsoft email hence why i cannot sign into his account. Cannot log into his account as it isnt a microsoft account. Very confused as to how it has been set up in the first place
