I cannot log into cloud gaming it only refreshes

I've done these things and I don't have another device to attempt this on and I don't currently have Internet I only have data and I can't call into the assistant thing because I just got my wisdom teeth out and I can't really speak

I have the same issue I've tried everything I am so mad rn, its only doing this for this specific account. When I do it on another account it works fine

No I have not I tried the talking to a gamer in the community and made zero progress if I'm not allowed to play cloud gaming then I guess I just have to deal with it
