    Are you on Xbox One? There's been issues with launching the game for some since late September:

    Edit: Some have reported that putting the console into offline mode then starting the game may solve the issue (I think you can then put the console back into online mode once launched)

    Is this happening only with FIFA 23? Or if you try a different game the issue persist?

    Could be an issue with FIFA 23 specifically if that's the case.

    My game is showing as a trial but I have purchased the full game?

    I’m having the same issue I have the physical version of FIFA 23 and occasionally when I launch the game to play it says start free trial and doesn’t launch the disc . Something that’s been happening since launch for me and it should need me to uninstall it reinstall it to make it work
