Sometimes you may be issued multiple sanctions at the same time. Check if you have any other sanctions in addition to the notifications on the following website:

If you don't see any other sanctions, check if the issue is occurring with other games.

Oh, I see what you mean. This is actually just for trial users that are invited and they are being invited randomly. I believe they still keep sending invites depending on how many users that are invited will be joining or not. We cannot sign up for this unless we are being invited unfortunately. But I am sure that they will make this live to everyone soon.

Thank you for your response.
By logging into the link provided I see other family members; however, I only see the organizer, and not the other members of my family. I do not pop up as an organizer nor as a family member. The organizer still cannot see me, nor am I an organizer, because they are the only one. Thank you for the help, though it does not seem to have fully solved the issue.

I am having the same problem right now where it won't even let me join party or accept invitations. whats more annoying it won't let me join games that my friends create. they cannot join games i create either. I believe it has to do with me updating because
it took me three times to download the update. even then the first two times kept displaying an error. i just want to play games online is that too much to ask?
