I cannot install Age of Empires 2 DE - Code: 0x87E0000D

Discus and support I cannot install Age of Empires 2 DE - Code: 0x87E0000D in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; I just signed Game Pass and its impossible to install Age of Empires 2 DE in my computer.     I cannot install Age of Empires 2 DE - Code: 0x87E0000D


    I just signed Game Pass and its impossible to install Age of Empires 2 DE in my computer. Everytime I try to download it doesnt even start, just error Code: 0x87E0000D shows up. Any other game is working properly, i've just download Crackdown 3 and Ark
    without problems.

    I've already tried to download multiple times, changed directory, cleared the store cache, nothing changes. Please help.

    Hi, thanks for answering, but it doesnt worked too.

    My problem were the xbox services disabled, after enabling they the download worked. If anyone has the same problem, try to type
    msconfig in the search bar, go to services them enable all the xbox services.

    Hi,

    Please try to run the latest Windows update. To run, go to Search bar, enter windows update and run all the pending updates on your PC. Then restart. Check also antivirus, you can turn it off temporarily or just add exception.

    I have the same problem. I've tried everything since yesterday and nothing works. I will try your method today. I'll let you know if it helped me.

    I went about it and did as you say. After running msconfig> services I saw that xbox services are disabled. When I turned them on I did a restart. after starting the game began to download. Strange that it worked the other way around with the same effect.
