Avatar item is "Assigned to other console."

That option was not available as it showed up as a Pending download. The only option was to cancel the download which stated that I could restart the download on Xbox.com.

I did choose the cancel option, but cannot find the download now on Xbox.com. Using the menu bar above, when I go into "My Xbox" and choose Avatar Editor, Accounts, or Redeem Code, I go to an Xbox.com error page.

''You cannot play multiplayer games due to the way your account is set up. To change this, go to your privacy and online security settings on Xbox.com.''

I did, but it didn't improve.

Hi Mango! We cannot provide you with that information, so I would suggest you go to xbox.com/forgot and see if you can recover your Microsoft account that way.

    Thanks!
