    hi, i’ve been trying to sign into xbox.com for a while, but i keeps redirecting me into beta support FOR the xbox. any idea how to get this to stop and let me sign into my xbox account through mobile?

    I would try this method, but I cannot sign into xbox.com. When I go to account.xbox.com as i said i get sent to that same page over and over but when i go to xbox.com and click on the 3 dots i cannot sign it. I can't click on the sign in button to sign
    in. How do I fix this? I have tried with multiple browsers, chrome, edge and firefox

    Avatar item is "Assigned to other console."

    That option was not available as it showed up as a Pending download. The only option was to cancel the download which stated that I could restart the download on Xbox.com.

    I did choose the cancel option, but cannot find the download now on Xbox.com. Using the menu bar above, when I go into "My Xbox" and choose Avatar Editor, Accounts, or Redeem Code, I go to an Xbox.com error page.
