    Xbox One Free Games Problem

    For whatever reason I cannot download free games with xbox live gold despite having xbox live gold. It defaults to other payments options and will not for the life of me allow me to download a free gold game. Has this happened to anyone else on Xbox One?
    If so, how could I fix this? I see my friends currently on Evolve, but I cannot join them because I can't get the free game even with my gold membership that expires in december 2017.

    I can play multiplayer but can't get Games with Gold

    I reiterate, I haven't completely lost Gold. I can still play online and be in parties and all the normal Gold stuff, but I cannot get the Games with Gold for free.

    hi there, thanks for your reply, I do not own a Xbox One, this feature helped many of us on the Xbox.com official page on the computer. it is a key feature, that part of the website needs to be fixed, as for my purchase history I cannot see my games with
    gold free games i have accumulated over the years. Please see attached image i cannot see this page this is for the games with gold subscription purchase history

    He means you cannot download any games that you get with the free games with gold program.

    Sorry but the account your are posting with is a Silver account, not Gold. You would need to have a Gold membership in order to download the game. If you have added a Free Trial card please note that that is not a Gold membership and cannot be used to
    get the free games.
