I cannot get into my Xbox

Xbox live has been having outages today, you can search "xbox live status" and see where outages are being reported and see when it goes back online.

Otherwise, if you have not changed yiur password, Xbox servers are at an Outage at the moment so i would highly advise you re-starting your console and trying to sign in. If your still not able to log in i would wait until the outages are cleared, you can

I know it's my responsibility. But most websites have ways to address a situation like this. Microsoft has bad support. I'm not the only person to say this. I don't need your condecending comment. Not helpful.
