    I'm having the same problem.

    I'll explain in more detail.

    Sine Mora is a 360 game which is backwards compatible with the Xbox one.

    However, when trying to download it, it directs me to Sine Mora EX which is for the Xbox one and is enhanced for that machine. Of course, the EX version isn't free.

    I can download the other game on gold without an issue, so i am obviously signed in to my Xbox live account.

    The only way I can see to download it on the Xbox One is by going to Xbox.com which Wrightstuff already suggested.

    Yeah, but that means there is a problem and it needs to go to a higher support team within Microsoft.

    People will either be fooled into buying the EX version at £15.99 or not download it at all.
